Returns

RETURNS: 

KVH provides accurate descriptions and sizing for all of its products. It is up to the buyer to determine if any product is a good fit for them. KVH does not accept returns however we will accept an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned unwashed and unused, to KVH, in exchange for a different item or for an in-store credit.
• Buyer must notify KVH by Kelly Van Halen within 3 days of receipt.
• Return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of item.
• KVH will provide a return label to the buyer.
• Credit and/or replacement will happen once the originally purchased item has been returned by the buyer and received by KVH.

KVH encourages questions about products prior to any purchase to make sure it is the right fit.
